InkCourier provides a platform for businesses to send personalized handwritten cards at scale. Our Service includes:
- Card design and customization tools
- Handwriting production and fulfillment
- Delivery tracking and notifications
- API access for automated integrations
- Dashboard for order management
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your account information as needed
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or obscene

5. Payment Terms
Paid features of the Service are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InkCourier and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INKCOURIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InkCourier and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
